AMEK Galileo, Designed by Rupert Neve

This super console was designed by Rupert Neve and owned by Producer / Songwriter Kenny Young, co-writer of Under The Boardwalk  and other hits.

We are very fortunate in having the services of free lance engineer, Roy Harrison, who looked after the console for Kenny and knows the console very well, has many of the spares and the circuit diagrams to enable him to service the console.

The AMEK Rembrandt and Galileo use the same frame so the modules can be used in either console. The Galileo module was designed by Rupert Neve and has superior mic amps and wide ranging parametric EQ with High & Low pass filters  where as the Rembrandt modules have 2 sets of 4 band sweep EQ.

The console has recently been serviced by Roy who also a partial recap, it is now available for viewing by prior arrangement.
