The Neve  31102 Input module has a Marinair transformer and is equipped with Mic - Line & Instrument inputs. They are extremely rare, there is a pair being offered for sale on E Bay for over £27,000 

The module is loaded into a dual module rack wired for 2 modules enabling an additional module to be easily installed.
