 "a nearfield monitor that incorporates two low frequency drivers, together with a ferrofluid damped 28mm soft dome high-frequency driver. Each drive is enclosed in its own chamber to eliminate any potential intermodulation distortion. The electronics are housed in a magnetically shielded steel and aluminium pod which is bolted to the back of the cabinet. The bass and HF units are driven by amplifiers that can deliver 75W and 50W RMS respectively."

I originally came across Roger Quested when he was designing and building a studio for Beatles Music Publisher Dick James, he was struggling to find some speakers which were good enough to satisfy his very high standards. at the time we were advertising a pair of Tannoy Dreadnoughts, they were huge monitors with 1 x 15" Dual Concentric driver and 2 x 15" bass drivers. Roger did not like these either so he set about designing speakers for the Dick James studio using ATC drivers, a little while later Quested Monitors was formed and has gone on to be a very respected manufacturer of Studio Speakers
