Used equipment purchased through LARKING’S LIST is not covered by manufacturers guarantees, Don Larking Audio Sales, Larking’s List, Everyday Music Ltd & DonLar Ltd offer no guarantees on used equipment however we operate a 14 day sale or return policy on Outboard Equipment, small Monitoring Systems, Microphones and Midi & Musical Equipment (to UK customers only). If you are a UK customer and you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it, in supplied condition, within 14 days to receive a full refund (the 14 day sale or return policy does not apply to multitrack recorders, large studio monitors or recording consoles - refund does not apply to goods over 20 years old and does not cover delivery charges and does not apply to equipment sold on commission for another person or company.

Before making a purchase please make sure that any recording console or multitrack machine you order from Don Larking Audio Sales, Larking’s List, Everyday Music Ltd or DonLar Ltd is suitable for your purposes, we advise inspection by an independent engineer before you order. All of our studio consoles are serviced by free-lance engineers. Customers requiring an engineer’s report may send their own nominated engineer to check the equipment prior to purchase. Inspection is important because used consoles and multitrack recorders and not covered by any form of guarantee.

Don Larking Audio Sales, Larking’s List, Everyday Music Ltd & DonLar Ltd cannot be held liable for any claims from customers, or from third parties, for losses resulting from the failure of any goods supplied these companies. Buyers should satisfy themselves that the goods being purchased are suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.

While we try to provide photographs of the actual equipment being offer for sale some of the pictures on the web site and in our E MAILER may be from our extensive picture library and used as an example of what is being offered for sale. If you require more pictures including close ups of any item please send an e-mail and we will try to accommodate you. While we try to be accurate with our descriptions of the equipment being advertised some descriptions may contain errors.

Prices are quoted in UK pounds and are shown without VAT, the UK local tax. Most of the equipment being offered for sale is not subject to VAT, if it is not stated please ask. Sometimes a dollar and Euro price may be provided as a guide only, if you are sending funds from abroad please instruct your bank to pay the full amount into our account in UK Pounds sterling.

Don Larking Audio Sales, Larking’s List & Everyday Music Ltd are not registered for VAT. DonLar Ltd is registered for VAT so goods sold by this company are liable to VAT on UK and some EU sales will be liable for VAT. No VAT is charged on exports to countries outside of the EC on some customers within the EC are also exempt from VAT, call for clarification.
