TRIDENT SERIES 80

We are listing this console for a client in Sweden;

It is a 30 channel console and was one of over 30 series 80's manufactured for Swedish radio in the early 80's. Swedish Radio demanded a higher specification than the standard Series 80's which included additional screening this provided exceptional cross talk performance, Malcolm did tell me the figures once but that was a long time ago and I forget what it was, as Malcolm is a similar age to me perhaps he has forgotten also but I can ask him if you want to know, there were also EQ improvements plus other upgrades of spec.

The console is equipped similar to a standard series 80 but without 2 of the group/monitor modules, these were never fitted, there are currently 2 unwired modules in the last 2 group / monitor module slots but these will not be supplied with the console, these slots will be blanked off, also group faders 17 - 24 were never fitted, although the console is not fitted with Groups & Monitors 17 - 24 the frame is wired for 24 track use and access to multitrack inputs and outputs 17 - 24 are available on the patchbay.  

Please note that the console has 10 aux buses, 1 - 5 from the channels and 6 - 10 from the monitor modules

 The owner stated :

" The console is in good condition and has been serviced. The console is recapped all the way. Every where. 

I will also include cables for multitrack in and out, some cables for outboard and extra connectors (a bunch of them) for new owners needs. I also have a lot of extra connectors, cables for tape machine and outboards and so on. And all documentation both as digital and physical copy. Service extension cards etc."
