SPECIAL NOW AVAILABLE FOR £20,000
I have been selling Trident consoles, new & used, since the late 1970's and this is definitely the best used TSM I have ever seen. This amazing console has been very well maintained by the vendor who has owner the console for the past 20 years. The TSM was the successor to the very highly rated Trident A Range, modules of which change hands for up to £ 5,000 each.
A TSM console was used to record David Bowie's Scary Monsters and Thin Lizzy Live and Dangerous albums plus many other classics of the period at Tony Visconti's Good Earth studio in Dean street. Chipping Norton studios replaced their classic Trident A Range with a TSM which is now installed in one of our client's studios in Ireland.
This particular mixer has been used by Adele, Klaxons, Arctic Monkeys, Peaches, SMD, Metronomy plus many other acclaimed and well respected recording artists.
The console maintenance included a modification which involved fitting a large copper earthing bar for ultra super quiet operation the bar runs the length of the board and is connected to each module slot individually. This work was carried out by ex Trident service engineers John Goad and Bill Childs who also re-capped and re-chipped the TSM with higher spec replacement chips including preferred Burr Browns which are in great evidence.
