DIGICO / Soundtracs D4 Digital studio recording console with 2 Madi racks. The Madi Racks have balanced analogue inputs and outputs via XLR connectors - plus MADI digital inputs and outputs which connect to the control surface ( mixer ) via a single Coax cable each way carrying 48 signals. Motor fader automation.

DiGiCo D Series Systems consist of 2 elements, the control surface containing the audio engine and the audio interface DiGiRacks. The control surface and DiGiRacks are connected by either optical fibre or coaxial MADI cables. 

The D4 is fitted with 48 motorized faders, which are double-stacked on each 8-channel section. The console uses Soundtracs’s new, more powerful digital engine, with two engines fitted it will handle a staggering 320 inputs. The D4 provides 124 output busses as standard, 28 of which may be allocated as mono or stereo auxes.
